Follow in the footsteps of professional aviators in a sky-is-no-limit adventure! Inspect light aircraft and master flight planning, navigation and basic instrument procedures. Complete a challenging set of flight simulation exercises, ranging from basic private pilot maneuvers to ILS landings at night in bad weather. Take a field trip to San Francisco International Airport to learn the history of air transport in the Bay Area, visit the Emergency Operations and Noise Abatement Centers, and take an exhilarating bus tour around the runways with SFO personnel for an exceptional close-up look at modern airliners and airline operations.
