Test Pilot School
Take Flight With The Finest!
Full Day 9 AM - 4 PM
Join the best of the best in an exploration of the world’s finest aircraft and most challenging environments, past and present. Learn what it takes to become a pilot with a series of flight simulations, from basic training airplanes to advanced multiengine aircraft to historic planes that crossed oceans and continents. Handle unexpected inflight surprises in the simulators, and explore the real-world cockpits of many of the historic aircraft preserved at the Hiller Aviation Museum.
Identify aircraft of all sorts and construct detailed models of modern airliners of today and pioneering airframes of the past. Dive into the modern air transportation system, investigating Air Traffic Control and drone operations with tablet-based simulations, planning and executing a simulated VFR flight using real flight planning tools, and building a working replica of an aircraft carrier recovery system in a high-flying adventure!
