Special Camp Topic for Spring Break
Open to Grades K-6
Full and Half Day Available
Explore the world of transportation in a special Spring Camp workshop! Take to the skies and investigate airplanes, helicopters, seaplanes and more with flying models, unique flight simulations and engaging cockpit experiences. Ride the rails with a special behind-the-scenes look at the Museum's annual ETE model railroad exhibition showcasing historic European trains, then leap into the future while constructing a working model of a modern magnetic levitation rail system. Finally, take the wheel with a hands-on exploration of wheeled vehicles, including both elastic - and solar-powered cars.
Planes, Trains and Automobiles is a special week-long Aviation Camp program offered during the week of April 1st. Full Day and Half Day camp is available at the regular Elementary Camp price.
Extended Camp is available during Spring Camp in the afternoons from 4 PM-5 PM at $40 per child for each five-day session. AM Extended Hours are not available for Spring sessions. Don't miss this opportunity to join a springtime adventure at the Hiller Aviation Museum!
