Aviation Camp is a week-long summer program in aviation and aerospace for campers entering Grades K-8 in Fall 2013. High school students aged 14-17 as of June 1st, 2013 may apply as Aviation Camp Volunteers.
Children entering kindergarten in Fall 2013 and who will be 5 years old no later than June 1st, 2013 may register for Flight Science Lab camp.
Six different topics are offered for Summer 2013. All camp programs include:

Flight Simulation Sessions
Aircraft Demonstrations
Behind-the-Scenes Museum Gallery Explorations
Aviation-Themed Games
And Much, Much More!
Children are divided into age-appropriate groups. Two different schedules are available:
Full Day
9 AM to 4 PM
Half Day
9 AM to 12 PM*
*Half Day only available for the Flight Science Lab topic, which may also be taken for the Full Day. See camp topic schedule for details.
Full Day campers in Advanced programs participate in four major projects and two free choice activities daily. Half Day campers have two major projects and one free choice activity each day. Half Day is only available for the Flight Science Lab camp.
Full Day campers in middle school programs participate in six major projects daily. Half Day is not available for these camp topics.
Extended Hours are available for an additional fee. AM Extended Hours are 8 AM-8:50 AM, PM Extended Hours are 4 PM-5:30 PM.
Parents with campers already enrolled in a camp program may download the Camper Information and Medical Form and fill it out prior to the camp start date. Bring this form with you on the first day of camp. DO NOT MAIL THE FORM TO THE MUSEUM AHEAD OF TIME.
