All ramp activities are available to the public at no charge, and abundant free parking is available. Visit the San Carlos Airport web page for more info on the event.
The Hiller Aviation Museum joins the festivities, providing three aircraft, a portable flight simulator and make-an-aircraft activities available as part of the main display area next to the airport terminal. The Museum also opens its Atrium, ramp and Drone Plex areas to the public at no charge on San Carlos Airport Day, with a courtesy shuttle running along the airport’s interior access road to bring visitors from the Museum’s rear ramp to the main display area at the airport terminal building. Museum experiences available at no charge include:

- Drone Plex Simulators and Flight Center
- Compass Rose and Observation Deck
- Atrium exhibits, including Wright Flyer and SpaceShipOne replicas
