Event Facilities:
The Atrium:  The Atrium's seating capacity is 524 and includes a theater for small groups.  With 8,640 square feet of floor space, the room has been used to host dinners, receptions, fundraisers, meetings and lectures.  It can conveniently handle a stage, dance floor and any lighting needs your event may request (depending upon museum approval).

The Museum Gallery houses the majority of our exhibits.  With 27,600 square feet of floor space, the Gallery can host up to 800 guests.  It and can be used for an event's casino, other fundraising activities, or just for your touring pleasure.

The Mezzanine is an elevated structure in our museum gallery. It has the capacity to host 120 guests with an excellent view of the gallery exhibits.   This area is well designed to host the event reception or silent auction tables for fundraisers. Large windows at the rear provide a good viewing area of the San Carlos Airport.  The Mezzanine is accessable from the Museum Gallery or by elevator from the Atrium.
 
The Doyle Conference Center can host meeting space for up to 55 guests. This room is conference style with tables, chairs along with a VCR, overhead projector, and a whiteboard for the user's convenience.  It is located at the rear of our facility with views of the San Carlos Airport. This room is adjacent to the caterer's kitchen.
 
The Caterer's Kitchen is located adjacent to the atrium and is equipped with three commercial refrigerators, one freezer, ice maker, two commercial stoves (eight burners and grill) with ovens for handling large trays. It also contains two large capacity electric hot boxes, commercial grade microwave and plenty of shelving and counter space.
