On Scout Saturday, Boy and Girl Scouts of all age levels, as well as Explorer Scouts and American Heritage Girls in uniform, are admitted to the Hiller Aviation Museum at no charge. Adult leaders in uniform, or Girl Scout leaders with appropriate ID, will also be admitted at no charge. Siblings, parents, friends and other family members are welcome to attend at the regular admission price.
Scouts visiting on Scout Saturday may explore the Hiller Aviation Museum’s expansive aircraft collection, including over 40 different historic aircraft.
Flight simulation, Invention Lab and Drone Plex activities are also offered – additional fees apply for some activities. Click here for more information.
Open Cockpit Day

Climb aboard your choice of historic aircraft! On Open Cockpit Day, the doors and canopies swing open on many of the Museum’s iconic airplanes and helicopters. Explore the elegant interior of the Grumman Albatross, squeeze inside the fighter-style confines of the L-39 jet trainer, check out the flight decks of the Boeing 737 and 747 airliners and much more!
