Summer Camps for Low Income Families

Summer Aero Club is a special opportunity for students eligible to receive free or reduced price meals as part of their public school enrollment to register for a full week of Aviation Camp.  There is no fee to participate for income-qualified students, but space is limited.  Students may enroll in any one of three different week-long sessions, each investigating a different area of flight:

Summer Aero Club students participate in all Aviation Camp activities scheduled for their specific camp session.

No Cost Enrollment for Income-Restricted Families

Ages 5-10
Full Day Only

Program Dates:

June 19-23 – Flight & Motion – FULL
June 26-30 – Test Pilot Academy – FULL
July 5-7 – Science Magic   – FULL
July 10-14 – Flight & Motion– FULL

 

To Register

Families are welcome to enroll for any available space completing the advanced registration form, which is required of all applicants.  Applicants should be eligible to receive free or reduced price meals at their school based on federal income-determined guidelines for 2022-2023 in order to participate.  A scan or picture of a letter confirming this status is requested in the online application.  For school districts providing universal free/reduced price meals, income verification for either 2021 or 2022 will be accepted.  Once approved, applicants will be enrolled in the Aviation Camp session of their choice on a space-available basis.
