National Paper Airplane Contest
Bay Area Regional Competition

Join the excitement of the National Paper Airplane Competition with John Collins, paper plane ace, author, and distance record champion. Three different events test the design and flying skills of participants, each immersing the aspiring paper plane pilot in a different area of aeronautics. Participants may choose to compete in all three events, or specialize in one or two.

How to Participate
All participants must register through the National Paper Airplane Competition Shop and check in at the Hiller Aviation Museum on November 4. Advanced registration is recommended. Onsite registration will be available on the day of the event on a space-available basis.
Fee Required
A contest fee, which is paid to the National Paper Airplane Contest organization, is required for all participants. Click here for online registration.
Admission to the Hiller Aviation Museum aircraft gallery is free for participants in the contest.
One of the top paper airplane makers in the country (and world record holder), John Collins, will join us to conduct the contest. John is world distance paper airplane record holder and a master paper airplane builder.
Participants must compete with their own paper airplanes according to contest rules.
