When I Grow Up Career Exploration Event

Special event for K-12 Girl Scouts, their friends, and family members!
Presented by Girl Scouts of Northern California and hosted by the Hiller Aviation Museum, When I Grow Up is an exploration of career opportunities in STEAM (science, technology, art, engineering and math) for girls and young women Grades K-12. Participants can explore their interests, meet inspiring women in STEAM occupations, and learn more about what it takes to excel in STEAM fields.
When I Grow Up features interactive booths for all ages with activities integrated with Girl Scout badge steps, particularly new STEM badges in cybersecurity, engineering, robotics, space science and outdoor science. Older girls can join hands-on workshops and career panels. Booths will be led by Girl Scouts of Northern California staff and volunteers, and their corporate and community partners.
One 3-hour sessions is available, each offering the same selection of activities, are offered during the When I Grow Up event. A registration fee payable to Girl Scouts of Northern California is required and includes Museum admission. Onsite registration is subject to special pricing and is offered only on a space-available basis.
