Take a moment for yourself and join us for Soar & Restore: A Wellness Series\, where good energy\, connection\, and the spirit of flight come together. \nSound Baths\, Pilates & Movement & Breathwork Workshops in San Carlos\nThe series includes a variety of restorative sessions led by local wellness professionals: \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Upcoming Sessions\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Sound Bath: Immersive acoustic healing sessions with Carefol Yoga (May 25\, 6 pm – 7 pm). \n\n\n  \nMovement & Breathwork Workshops: A functional movement & breathwork session with Golden Gate Chiropractic(May 30\, 8 am – 9 am) focused on finding your center. \n\n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Expect uplifting experiences and meaningful moments designed to help you recharge. Our schedule features restorative sound bath sessions to calm the mind\, invigorating pilates to strengthen the body\, and specialized movement & breathwork workshops to help you find your center. Come as you are\, bring a friend\, and enjoy this journey with our community of wellness professionals guiding the way!\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Enjoy a complimentary tea station to help you relax and ease into a sense of calm. \nPlease bring a yoga mat to all events. For sound baths and breathwork\, we welcome you to be comfortable; if you’d like\, bring a pillow\, blanket\, water\, and comfortable clothes. Chairs are provided for those who would prefer to sit. \nInformed Consent: These practices are generally safe and offered as supportive wellness experiences. Some people may want to check with a healthcare provider before participating\, especially if they have certain medical conditions or are pregnant. *Before participating in a sound bath for the first time\, people with cardiac pacemakers\, or who have had a recent concussion or whiplash\, artificial heart valves\, cardiac arrhythmias\, stent or shunt\, deep brain stimulation device\, or epilepsy\, especially sound-induced epilepsy\, should consider consulting with their healthcare provider. Dr. Cagle’s presentation has been postponed to a later undetermined date.  \nPrepare to be inspired! \nDr. Yvonne Cagle\, MD\, PhD\, is a NASA Astronaut\, aerospace physician\, Brigadier General in the California State Guard USAF Retired\, senior flight surgeon\, and biotech inventor whose career has helped shape the future of human spaceflight and global health. Her work bridges science\, medicine\, the military\, and space exploration with a rare depth of experience and vision. \nAs an aerospace professor\, Astronaut Cagle has educated and mentored students across an impressive spectrum of institutions\, including Stanford University\, the University of California system\, Fordham University\, multiple HBCUs\, and UTMB Medical School. Her influence reaches across generations of scientists\, physicians\, and innovators. \nHer lifelong impact has been honored on the world stage\, with dedicated exhibits celebrating her achievements at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the 2020 World Expo in Dubai. In 2024\, she received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award Medal\, recognizing her monumental contributions and unwavering service to advancing global health and expanding the frontiers of human spaceflight. \nThis presentation offers a rare opportunity to hear firsthand from a trailblazer whose work continues to inspire bold exploration and meaningful progress here on Earth and beyond.
