Unfortunately, we are unable to predict the chances or guarantee any waitlist openings.

Changes can depend on several factors, including but not limited to, more camp staff hires (if space allows) or changes in the plans of currently enrolled families.

The best thing to do for full camps is to get on the waitlist as soon as possible. There is no cost to be added to the waitlist.

If there are any openings at any time and we reach your spot on the waitlist, you will be notified via email from ActivityHero. Waitlist emails are time-sensitive, typically expiring at 9 AM the morning after they are sent – but the actual expiration date and time will be listed in your waitlist invitation email.

We recommend checking your email daily. Emails will arrive from support@activityhero.com and have the subject “Waitlist Status: Spot Available at Aviation Camp.” Once waitlist emails expire, you will need to add back on to the waitlist at the latest position.

If you are a Museum member and are invited off the waitlist if, for some reason, it does not allow you to register at the Member price, please complete the registration at the non-member price to secure your spot in the full camp and then email us at camp@hiller.org and we can refund you the member discount refund.

Being a Museum member does not offer any bumps on the waitlist. Waitlist positions are all first-come, first-served.

Schedule changes/transfers will be accommodated on a space-available basis when requested at least twenty-one days before the camp start date. Changes are subject to a $25 processing fee. Changes cannot be made into full camp sessions. For full sessions, campers will be added to the waitlist at the latest position.

To request a cancellation or change, please email camp@hiller.org with your child’s full name, and enrolled camp topic and date. 

Want to change but the session you are interested in is full?

1. Add your child to the waitlist.
2. In the meantime, you can either:
   • Cancel the current registration for a refund (minus applicable processing fees). 
   • Wait to get a waitlist invitation and then email camp@hiller.org for a transfer. Registrant will be responsible for any balance due. If a refund is owed, it will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
     • Please remember that you have up to twenty-one days before the camp starts to request a refund minus the processing fee. No refunds are issued within twenty-one days of camp start date.
