Dr. Yvonne Cagle, MD, PhD, is a NASA Astronaut, aerospace physician, Brigadier General in the California State Guard USAF Retired, senior flight surgeon, and biotech inventor whose career has helped shape the future of human spaceflight and global health. As an aerospace professor, Astronaut Cagle has educated and mentored students across an impressive spectrum of institutions, including Stanford University, the University of California system, Fordham University, multiple HBCUs, and UTMB Medical School.
